General Usage Rules

All assets are for personal and commercial use in VRChat by default.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original or modified assets not on a model is strictly prohibited.

Proper credit must be given in any use case, unless it's a public or personal avatar.

Porting Permissions

Porting my assets to other games or platforms is not allowed by default. Permission must be explicitly granted by me. The following terms apply:

For Personal Use Porting

Fee: A fee of 5€ will apply per asset.

The ported asset is for personal use only.

The user must not share, redistribute, or sell the ported asset.

Commercial Use Porting

Fee: A fee of 30€ will apply per asset.

The ported asset may be used for commercial purposes within the approved platform/game.

Explicit permission must be obtained before use.

Proper credit ("3D asset created by Saikura") + link to product must be included in the products description.

Redistribution or resale of the asset in its original or unmodified form is strictly prohibited.

NOTE:

FFXIV Personal upscales from existing mods are OK, public ones require a license! TOS applies.

How to Request Porting Permissions

Contact me through ticket system in my discord server: https://discord.gg/saikura

Provide the following details:

▹Purpose of the porting (personal or commercial).

▹Store link (if commercial)

▹Intended platform/game.

Once approved, pay the required fee via [Payhip link or Paypal].

Bans and Appeals

IF YOU ARE BANNED FROM MY SERVER, YOU ARE BANNED FROM MY STORE.

I will not ask you to remove my assets from your avatars if you purchased them from me legally, but I do ask you to not evade your ban or use my assets for any future avatars whilst you are banned.

Submitting an appeal does NOT guarantee an unban. All appeals are reviewed by the moderation team, and decisions are final.

Please be patient and do not DM moderators about your appeal.

Violations and Consequences

My work can NOT be used for AI training or generating AI content.

Unauthorized porting or misuse of my assets will result in a DMCA takedown notice and permanent revocation of your license.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
